Portable passport unit in Edinburgh 17.-18.9.2024

The Embassy of Finland will process passport and ID card applications in Edinburgh on 17th and 18th of September 2024.

Appointments take place at Apex Hotel Waterloo, 23-27 Waterloo Pl, Edinburgh EH1 3BG

Appointments are mandatory and must be made in advance by email: consulate.lon@gov.fi

Due to limited availability, priority will be given to customers with difficulties travelling to London.

Passports and ID cards must be applied for in person and it is necessary to make an appointment beforehand.

The Embassy reserves the right to cancel/postpone the trip.

Passports and ID cards can also be applied from Finnish Police in Finland, further information: www.poliisi.fi/passi.
